For Software Support Issues, please visit the Versioning/Downloads page to make sure that the piece of software that you are using and needing support for is still within its lifecycle. You will know if a piece of software is out of its lifecycle by its Status displaying "No Longer Supported". Unsupported versions will be displayed within the Application Description.
After you have made sure of the first step, please make sure of the following steps:
Include the name of the software that you are using Include the version of the software that you are using (if at all possible) Include all possible information about the errors with the software that you are using
